Betvisha Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions Betvisha (betvisha.click) and its users. By using the Betvisha website, creating an account, or participating in any betting activity, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

• Odds are subject to change at any time. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is confirmed will apply.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• Betvisha reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• In Live Betting, if a disconnection occurs, any bets already confirmed before the disconnection will remain valid.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50 per bet, and the maximum varies by market.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Betvisha:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

Withdrawals of large amounts may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed. A photo of your national ID or passport will be required for identity verification.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Betvisha regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses:

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement, which typically ranges from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betvisha:

1. Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
2. Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
3. Exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts (bonus abuse).
4. Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
5. Uploading any malicious code or viruses to Betvisha's systems.
6. Using the platform for illegal financial transactions or money laundering.
7. Abusive or threatening behaviour toward other users.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Betvisha may close or temporarily suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious or unusual betting activity.
• If the user is found to be underage.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may also close their account at any time upon request. In such cases, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.

8. Responsible Gaming
